What's the difference between the management fee and ad spend?
The management fee is what you pay Roundhouse to run the entire program — ads, SEO, website, and reporting. Ad spend is a separate budget that goes directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to actually show your ads. We don't touch your ad spend — it goes straight from you to the platform. We recommend a minimum of $1,000/month in ad spend to generate consistent lead flow and meaningful data. Contractors in competitive markets or targeting multiple service areas often benefit from $1,500–$3,000/month.
How is the Growth System different from the Ads System?
The Ads System is paid advertising and lead nurturing only — it's built for contractors who want leads fast and aren't focused on organic growth yet. The Growth System includes everything in the Ads System, plus a custom 15-page website and ongoing local SEO. How long until I start seeing results?

Do I need a website before getting started?
No — we build it for you. The custom 15-page website is included in the Growth System and is built and launched as part of your onboarding. Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Growth System is month-to-month with no long-term commitments and no cancellation penalties. That said, SEO takes time to compound and ads take time to optimize — clients who stay in the program through the first 90 days consistently see stronger results than those who stop early. We want to earn your business every month.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Not much upfront. After your setup fee is paid, we schedule your onboarding call and gather everything we need from there — your services, service area, target customers, and any existing brand assets or photos. The ongoing commitment is creative content for your ads. Each month we'll send you specific briefs with photo ideas and short video scripts you can shoot on your phone in 10 minutes on the job site. Raw clips and job site photos sent by text or email are all we need — we handle editing, production, and testing from there.
What happens if I don't send content regularly?
Ad performance declines. Meta's algorithm favors fresh creative, and campaigns running the same ads for 60+ days will see higher costs and lower engagement. It's one of the most common reasons ad results plateau. The SEO and website side of the program runs without your input — we produce all the content — but the ads need real footage of your work to perform at their best. We make it as easy as possible, but the raw content has to come from your job sites.
