The level of customer service is beyond what any start ratings could go. Most teams would send you directions and wait for your response, but the Roundhouse team noticed some challenges we were having and created tutorial videos to help us learn how to complete tasks. They have changed, rechanged, and exchanged things repeatedly to help us get to exactly where we need to be with our site. They are so vested sometimes it seems like they are building their site. Before I started working with Roundhouse I was definitely overwhelmed about getting every thing I needed done to start my business. I tried to build my own website and logo, but it was time consuming. I found Roundhouse through Google and they were local to where I reside.
