Roundhouse is a specialized marketing company that helps contractors — plumbers, roofers, electricians, and remodelers — grow their businesses using exclusive, high-quality inbound leads. We help them move away from shared lead platforms and toward consistent, predictable revenue.

First voice. First impression. High volume.

We're looking for a disciplined, high-energy Appointment Setter to be the first voice contractors hear when they reach out to us. You'll contact inbound leads, run structured discovery calls, qualify business owners, and book high-quality demo appointments for our sales team.

Most leads are inbound and already interested — your job is to respond fast, qualify thoroughly, and protect our sales team's time by only booking prospects who are a genuine fit. We also have a list of past inbound leads that needs to followed up/reactivated. You will also initiate new conversations with qualified prospects on our lead list by any means possible (cold calling, FB messenger, etc).

Top performers consistently hitting 4–5 shows per day can earn $5,500+/month. Your income is directly tied to your effort and follow-through.

What you'll do every day

  • Respond to all new inbound leads within 60 seconds
  • Conduct structured 15-minute discovery calls to uncover pain points, qualify fit, and build rapport
  • Book 2–5 qualified demo calls per day with business owners who are genuinely ready for a deeper conversation
  • Confirm appointments the morning of to improve show-up rates
  • Follow up with no-shows to recover high-intent opportunities
  • Manage all leads, notes, and follow-up tasks inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales
  • Strong phone presence — builds rapport fast, leads with confidence
  • Comfortable qualifying and disqualifying without hesitation
  • Self-motivated — you don't need hand-holding to hit your numbers
  • GoHighLevel experience is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
